Our eligibility assessment is provided free of charge. If your claim is suitable, you may be referred to one of our carefully selected law firms. Any agreement for legal services will be made directly between you and the law firm, who will be responsible for advising you on your claim and its merits.

Data Breach Redress may receive an introduction fee from a law firm where a referral is accepted. This does not affect your legal rights, the handling of your claim, or any compensation you may receive.
